Yeah...I just took a perfect dessert and made it into a perfect drink. A little Peach Mix, some Spiced Rum, some peaches, ice, and then topped with a little cool whip. This is goodness in a glass!
you have never had a frozen drink until you have had one from Pool Bar Jim's in Hilton Head. All drinks are made with fresh fruit. My wife got the Strawberry-Banana Chi Chi (up top) and mine was the Pineapple-Cherry below. All drinks are poured into 2 cups. The menu book is like an encyclopedia and it would take forever to try every option and creation.
